- Shipping: When you order online, we ship via US Postal Service. All shipping charges will be based on USPO rates. If you prefer to get an order shipped via UPS, there will be additional charges to be figured out at the time of shipping. If you need it shipped UPS, please send an email to us with your request in addition to your online order.
- First Come, First Serve: Many of our items are one of a kind. We mention if it is one of a kind in the description of each item. With that said, please keep the quantity at one (1) so that there's no unnecessary charges incurred upon you. Also, because of how the shopping cart is setup, it's possible for more than one purchaser to purchase the same product. If this happens, first come first served applies. We will contact anyone who may have been in second place or worse. We will either refund your money with no extra charges or we will negotiate a special order with you at no extra charge. We apologize for any inconvenience.
- Returns: We will consider any return request if need be. Depending on the reason, there may be a restocking or shipping charge. Each case must be handled individually. We're doing our best to let you know exactly what you're getting. With each item sold, we will supply as much info about the product that we can.
- Damaged items: Each item that is shipped out is inspected for any damage or flaws prior to packaging. We will insure all of our breakable items.
- Colors: We cannot guarantee that the colors you see on your computer screen are the exact colors on the product. That's why we mention the colors of any item we sell whether it's artwork or tie dyes. We've done our best to match colors properly. When we match the colors on our computer screen, it doesn't mean that you will see the same exact colors on your computer screen.
- Sizing: As you may already know, it's pretty common for different clothing manufacturers to have different sizing techniques, therefore, a large size in one brand may be larger or smaller than a large size in another brand. For this reason, you'll see the brand name of the shirt in the description of each shirt in the shopping cart area. For returns or replacements for a sizing issue, extra shipping charges may be incurred by you.
- Bulk Orders: Jody will be happy to give you a quote on any size order. Pricing definitely differs based on the quantity of what you need. It will be best to handle these orders via email first. Once a deal is made we will create a button specifically for you so that the order can be processed online.
- Payments: Right now, PayPal is our gateway for credit card payments, so we must do credit cards online. We can process orders offline if you're paying by check or money order. Please understand that there may be a delay in delivery so that your personal check can clear the bank.
